Small enough that responsibility has nowhere to hide.
L3NS is three people. The person who diagnoses the problem stays close to the work. The person you meet is not replaced by a delivery layer after the contract is signed.
Dima leads the technical diagnosis. He has more than six years in software engineering, primarily banking and fintech. His work includes certification-authority systems, digital signing, accreditation, production stabilization, and technical leadership.
He has architected and shipped a signing SaaS, led the technical work for a CA license-renewal accreditation, found and fixed major security vulnerabilities, and taken a production estate from recurring incidents back to predictable delivery.
02
Gleb Sautin
Product systems, deployment & technical research
Gleb works on the implementation layer that follows a diagnosis: frontend and full-stack systems, deployment, self-hosted infrastructure, technical research, and internal automation.
He has built and operated employee-facing accounting and commerce systems, with particular attention to making operational software understandable to the people who use it every day.
03
Konstantin Kharchilava
Marketing & operations
Konstantin handles our operational work around an engagement. He is usually the first person you speak to.
His job is to understand the business consequence clearly enough to bring the right technical person into the room. When the conversation turns to architecture, delivery, or implementation, Dima or Gleb takes it from there.
The point is not to rent three impressive bios.
The point is to connect business pressure, technical evidence, and a plan somebody can actually execute. We diagnose first, define the boundary honestly, and leave the reasoning inside your company.
Start with the problem, not a statement of work.
Tell us what the business can no longer confidently promise. We will bring the right person into the first conversation.
